We discovered this place a few years ago, and it's been one of my favorite stops ever since when we're on vacation here.
They have a lovely selection of nougat and other treats made with local ingredients. If you like, you can watch them being made or enjoy a coffee on the terrace. Please note that they have a lunch break, so the shop isn't open continuously.

Nice combination of 1) a shop with all kinds of delicacies such as nougat, tea, honey, etc., 2) a place to eat ice cream or have a drink (both inside with air conditioning and outside on the terrace), and 3) a glimpse into the factory where many things are made, with very friendly service.

We enjoyed an ice cream sundae we had never tasted before, sooooo delicious!
Friendly and fast service, beautiful shop, tasty nougat.
We bought 100% almond paste made on-site. We will taste this at home.

We came to attend the guided tour of the nougat-making process. What a pleasure it was to taste products grown, harvested, and prepared by the Silvain family and their team! We especially loved the crunchy dark nougat and were pleasantly surprised by the olive nougat. We bought plenty to continue our tasting at home, including honey, "polissons" (a different recipe from calissons), and, of course, the various nougats.

An excellent artisanal nougat shop! I especially enjoyed the nougat, which is delicious and of very high quality. In the shop, there's so much to choose from that you won't know what to pick! It's a treasure trove of sweets. I highly recommend it.

A very wide selection of delicious nougat, as well as many other sweets (fruit jellies, meringues, etc.) and local products (herbal teas, honey, beer, etc.). Very friendly and pleasant staff.
