Absolutely loved this bar. Was lucky enough to have Adrienne as my bartender and was blown away by his service, technique and friendliness. Would highly recommend Bar Nouveau to anyone in Paris and I will definitely be back on my next trip.
Very cool atmosphere, service was top notch. Sara could not have been nicer.
Maybe I need to go more, because I don't understand how one of the best bars in the world served pre-mixed cocktails from a can. They were delicious, but not what I expected.
Excellent list of cocktails, the bartenders are extremely accommodating and friendly. The drinks are unique and delicious. A must try, will definitely return.

Even though the bar is very small, the cocktails are superb! We tried „ramos“ which was a bit like a vanilla milkshake. This was something I have never tasted before and was absolutely amezed. The bartenders were so lovely and had everything perfectely under control.
