Nouvel Asia Express sur Nantes

The new waitress is really very friendly, I saw the bad rating on Google but seeing the photos it looked like what I wanted to eat. The beef with onions is really very cool, I also loved the fried noodles, and their big chicken spring rolls :) I also asked the waitress's favorite dishes, she recommended the beef samosa and the chicken curry, everything is very good, for 14€ I'm happy. I think this restaurant does not get the rating it deserves. At least, not in these conditions where I was well served ^^

Very rich and complex pho. Raw beef, nice toppings and real Asian basil. The quality of the food is great, atmosphere could use some love although this also contributes to the experience. Recommend to go for a lunch or snack, definitely order Pho.

The bobun was very good. Fresh ingredients and hearty spring rolls. Good attention too. I highly recommend :)

Useful place to eat if you miss your Asian food while touring around France. We chose noodles, veggie samosa, fried fish balls and a Vietnamese coleslaw.

Delicious Great discovery on a Sunday lunchtime I will go back to get takeout.
