Novotel Cafe sur Tremblay-En-France

Hi, I recently had a brief stay at Novotel during a night layover in Paris. My flight had been delayed so I only stayed a short couple of hours in my room. I wish firstly that there was a refund option on the booking for cases outside of my control. But regardless, my short visit was mostly great - the staff were incredibly friendly and helpfully informed me that it was daylight savings in Paris (otherwise I might've been late to my next flight), even helped me determine the timing of my morning prayer, and their wakeup call was exactly on time. I could bring my suitcase trolley onto the elevator and into my room. My room was clean and nice. Breakfast started at 5 a.m., which was good since I had an early flight, and had plenty of options and the dining room was luxuriously laid out. My only concern was that I don't eat pork, and the cheese and meats were placed next to each other with few utensils, so people could easily mix the utensils and cross-contaminate. I would prefer that the cheeses were laid out separately to avoid people mixing up the utensils with the meats. But aside from that, a good, if brief stay.

It's an ok option to stay at CDG. The room was spacious but still looked old. As a Silver member of ALL, I am entitled to welcome drinks and we were only offered a few options of non-alcoholic drinks.

We arrived in Terminal 2F and had a long walk to get to the shuttle to take us to Terminal 3 and the Novotel Hotel. I realize that this is the fault of CDG not having a proper shuttle service, but I have never had to walk so far just to get to a shuttle train. The room was fine but we were disappointed that the "king" sized bed was simply two single mattresses pushed together with a gap in between. There was no electrical outlet in the bathroom so I could not use my WaterPick to clean my teeth. We were shocked to pay 10Euros for a beer in the bar. Likewise, the food in the restaurant was very expensive.

Brilliant location to catch a plane!!

The room was clean and well soundproofed. You can find everything you need around for a last night in Paris before taking the plane without breaking a sweat.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. But we were disappointed by two points the first, we paid for the parking for the week, we did not enter the code, the reception asked us to go out and enter the parking lot again, we had to pay 2€ and when we enter the hotel again we explain it to the hostess who tells us in a brief tone I can't do anything. Great, it's not the amount that's the problem but the attitude and the principle. Second point, we were on the 5th floor and the heat in the room was unbearable and it was impossible to adjust the heating. The hotel may be classy, ​​functional, and ritually accessorized, but our experience was marred by these two bad experiences..

The arrival was quick but efficient, personalized attention in the room which is very pleasant. At the restaurant, a good meal served by Nizar who was very kind and good advisor. Everything is perfect

Very nice and cosy hotel, perfect for a night before the flight. I guess nobody dreams of having a holiday on a huge airport, but for a transit hotel it is just right. Add in the great accomodation standards of Novotel and the marvelous breakfast and nothing else remains to be wished for.
