Unacceptable for a four-star hotel. Minimal furnishings

We had a wonderful time at dinner. Laure's welcome was perfect. Very attentive, she anticipated our needs.

The waitress Nadia was very welcoming, kind and caring.

Very friendly welcome, modern building, direct access from the underground parking garage, good location near the city center, easily accessible from the highway, rooms modern, clean and technically sound.

I highly recommend it. Special mention for the exceptional setting of the restaurant À l’Épicerie and its remarkable cheese dome… We would have loved to stay longer to try everything ✨

A fantastic St. Patrick's Day evening with the discovery of delicious cheese and beer, plus a lovely little band. A great evening. And the service was always with a smile, which was always appreciated.

Breakfast was brought to our room by Nadia. Thank you for Nadia's kindness and thoughtfulness. Her smile was a welcome sight in the morning. Everything was perfect.

Breakfast prepared by Nadia was a real treat, and the welcome was so warm I could have stayed all day! It was such a joy to wake up to so much sunshine and happiness first thing in the morning 🙏 Thank you, Nadia, you're the best! The hotel service was excellent, and they even adjusted the breakfast time during Ramadan. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back!
