Novotel Cafe sur Belfort

Very good stay. Charming welcome, team available and attentive. Spacious, clean room, with the necessary comfort. The location is perfect 2 minutes from the old town with restaurant, café, town hall, church... The only downside is the paid parking for hotel guests, which increases the bill.

Hotel which has lost its standing. The staff is friendly but the rooms are not worth the price. Very unfortunate.

Not up to date, requiring renovations, the room plunges us into what must have been very good 10 years ago, however the curtains have retained marks, the telephone is a sticky yellow antique the shower is clean but worn and it There was a big pile of dust in the corner of the room. The reception was lovely and attended to us well but the cleaner knocked on the door at 8:15am. Overall, the value for money was ok.

Considering it is a 4-star hotel, it fell short of expectations. The quality/price ratio is not the best. “Weak” breakfast, considering what I paid. Positive aspect: friendliness of the staff.

Accustomed to Accor group hotels, we chose this hotel without much concern. In terms of service: warm welcome, responsive and friendly staff. Breakfast: generous and rather varied buffet, which however deserves a greater variety of bread and labels on all products so you know what you are choosing. However, we were disappointed by the rooms, they are clearly aging, dull and lack decoration. The sofa bed is not comfortable since you can feel the springs in the back. The bathroom is ok, the toilets are small, austere and very dark. There is a charge for (communal) parking but it is possible to park very close to the hotel on the street.

What more can I say other than that it is a chain known and respected for decades, providing Belfort in particular with very good comfort for its customers! Excellent service, room probably in need of modernization but still of a very good standard, non-alcoholic drinks offered, coffee also, air conditioning which works well and in summer it is more than pleasant! We stay there regularly when we have to cross France from Paris to Alsace. Evening restaurant available and pleasant. Very good continental breakfast.

clean hotel with internal (paid) or external (free) parking with the possibility of recharging the electric car. excellent location especially because it is located on the road that connects to Lyon. you can eat on site, the restaurant offers few choices but well prepared.

The hotel staff were very attentive, especially Ms. Nadia and the hotel manager. We had an excellent family stay.

The real strong point of this hotel is the staff! I have rarely seen so much kindness, particularly from the catering staff and particularly Ms Nadia and the catering manager. The welcome was also great. I don't remember being so warmly welcomed in a hotel. Congratulations to them and thank you again!
