Beautiful, incredible evening! Laure is an incredible person... This hotel is a ray of sunshine, as sweet as chocolate, waking me up on a good day, fresh from the pillow on a Friday, after a week overflowing with philanthropic love. A joyous, good heavens!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The atmosphere was great, but what really made our stay special was the service at breakfast. Nadia was absolutely amazing—she went above and beyond to take care of our little ones, keeping them entertained with coloring supplies so we could actually enjoy our meal. It’s those thoughtful touches that make a huge difference for families. Highly recommended!

The room was beautiful, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is ideal, with restaurants and bars just a few minutes' walk away. It was very convenient to be able to get around easily. The breakfast was very good, although there was a slight lack of choice. The staff were pleasant.

Nadia and Najima provided impeccable service; they are professional and lovely. They have a strong sense of customer service and take pride in doing a good job. Well done and thank you for your hospitality.

Arriving very late, around 2 a.m., the receptionist simply handed us the key without saying a word. The next day, as we were dropping our key card in the box, a woman rushed over to ask for our room number, then told us that €2.46 of tourist tax was missing… even though everything had been paid online and she hadn't mentioned it the day before. It's obviously not about the amount, but about the principle. When you opt for a fast check-out and are in a hurry, it's not to be interrupted and delayed by an internal error. It's a shame; it left a rather unpleasant final impression. Aside from that, it was a standard Novotel room, nothing fancy, but it was sufficient for a quick stay.
