Novotel Café sur Chasseneuil-Du-Poitou

We had a pleasant surprise at breakfast because there were gluten-free items 😊. Something you don't find everywhere in this type of establishment. The staff were very attentive and pleasant. We will be happy to come back during our next stay.

Great hotel, welcoming and friendly staff. A 15-minute walk from Futuroscope. The room for 4 people, including our two children, was spacious enough.

Aesthetically very pleasant hotel with an outdoor pool. As for the room, for a Superior room, there were some inconsistencies in my opinion: The walk-in shower has no screens, so the water flows throughout the entire shower room, not ideal if you need to go to the bathroom during the night, and not without risk. Unfortunately, there was a party at a nearby hotel with really loud music, so the night wasn't very good. The breakfast was excellent.

Overall, the hotel is pleasant and the staff are attentive, but the hotel's upkeep is insufficient, with several inconveniences in our room (the whirlpool bath was unusable due to a broken plug, the shower head holder was also broken, the sofa bed slats were missing, and the air conditioning was barely effective and noisy, etc.).

The hotel is perfectly located for enjoying Futuroscope. Five of us stayed in a family room. The layout is perfect, with two separate areas, one for the parents and one for the children. The room is spacious and the bedding very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, which is very pleasant. The breakfast is varied and features quality products. Our third stay here and we're still very satisfied. We'll be back.
