17/09/2026: In our opinion, the best restaurant at Futuroscope. The cuisine is prepared using local produce. The service is provided by a helpful, professional, and efficient team. A great place to stop between park attractions or in the evening before a show. The terrace is very pleasant.

13/09/2026: The waitress was very nice and did her job well, but she was overwhelmed compared to her manager or colleague who was constantly moving around the restaurant. As for the meal, we didn't find the flavors appealing.

11/06/2026: Chateau set in a lovely location. We were welcomed at reception and shown to our room. It had a large bed, quaint features and a bathroom with separate toilet. Air-conditioning was great and although it seemed plush we had a few gripes...... When removing the decorative cushions from the bed they were all badly stained and dirty. We had reserved the room for 2 adults however there was only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel in the bathroom. The shower was totally inadequate as due to the low ceiling it could only go 3ft from the bottom of the bath and impossible to stand under. Breakfast, although pricey, was lovely with plenty of choice.

22/03/2026: A peaceful spot by the water. A truly delightful gourmet meal, even including dishes I wouldn't normally eat. The decor is exquisite. The rooms and bedding are worthy of the hotel's star rating. I highly recommend it. Just 10 minutes from Futuroscope.

05/07/2026: Great meal, beautiful Raving Rabbids decor, we even had a Raving Rabbid appear during our meal and were able to take photos with him 😎

03/09/2026: I've been a customer for over a year now, going there daily for lunch. I usually get a pizza, chorizo, chocolate fondant, and a regular can of Coke. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I recommend it to everyone! 😉😁

26/08/2026: The queue system is not very relevant; you get overtaken without really knowing why, especially since there is only one checkout.

15/04/2026: We chose a 4-star hotel hoping for a good night's sleep. But here, it's impossible to sleep with the room at 27-28 degrees Celsius. The air conditioning doesn't work in April, or at least the manager refuses to turn it on (it's a centralized system), and it's impossible to sleep with the window open because the highway is right next door. In short, two horrible nights and unhelpful staff. We had a child with us who didn't sleep at all, and it completely ruined his visit to Futuroscope. I only gave it two stars because the breakfast was good. Avoid this hotel!

13/04/2026: I am very disappointed with this hotel. It's not a 4-star hotel! No toiletries in the bathroom (makeup remover pads, cotton swabs, etc.). The cup was a cardboard one (a glass one would be better). The carpet was in poor condition. And the restaurant is awful!!! What does 4 stars even mean? When you stay in this type of hotel, you expect good service. What a shame!

28/08/2026: I had lunch here two days in a row, returning on the second day because I was so satisfied with the food and the atmosphere. François's mother usually takes the orders, and she takes care of preparing the dishes. It's an authentic place, run by people who live and love their city, and they've tried to create a lunchtime hotspot for locals and those, like me, just passing through. Thank you very much, I promise I'll learn French!

25/08/2026: Best chocolate fondant cake I’ve ever had, both ladies who were working were extremely friendly to my friend and I. I will definitely come again. Gros bisous!!

08/02/2026: Just a small sign saying it's closed, nothing on Google Maps. I hope it's closed for good. A wasted trip. To respond to the owner's ridiculous reply, update Google Maps, for example. Since you're able to reply, updating the opening status shouldn't be any more difficult.
