Excellent apart from the fear of the fire alarm so from the 7th floor I had to go down in a panic with the children not being great.. they could have offered breakfast for the inconvenience but oh well..

Un accueil très mitigé, une rencontre décevante avec un directeur pédant et hautain qui, s'il se comporte ainsi avec ses clients ne laisse pas présager une attitude managériale correcte avec ses employés... Sortis de ces conjectures, la chambre est correcte et correspond à ce que l'on attend d'un hôtel de cette chaîne et gamme. Petit-déjeuner international où l'on peut aisément trouver son compte. Le personnel peut être très charmant et souriant comme impassible et réservé. Souci quand nous y étions en période JO, la chambre n'a été faite qu'un peu plus d'un jour sur deux. Plates excuses et boissons offertes pour compenser. Par contre, la situation à 10 min à pied du RER A est top (même s'il faut réussir à se repérer dans le dédale !) et le centre commercial à proximité pratique. La piscine et les jeux d'arcade ou tennis de table ont été très appréciés des enfants.

The hotel is very well located, it is close to a shopping center and in a fairly quiet and non-residential area, pleasantly surprised given the price, I am pleasantly surprised given the price very very good value for money.

We stayed there as a family with our little boy for an evening and overnight to go to Disney the next day and we were not disappointed. Very friendly welcome in the evening, they explained to us the different services of the hotel. Regarding the room, clean, very comfortable, very beautiful view from the pool side and luckily we could see the Eiffel Tower in the distance. The only downside for the room was that it was too hot and impossible to adjust the thermostat. We did not notice any noise or other nuisances. PAID underground parking is available below the hotel, I find the price a little excessive €12 for 24 hours knowing that we did not stay there 24 hours. But I recommend the hotel ++, if we have to come back to the area, we will be where to sleep

The hotel staff is pleasant. The room was very spacious. for 1 couple + 2 young children. the breakfast on site was sufficient. the decor is pretty. the hotel has parking at 12€/night. located near the shopping center and the train station. very close to the highway.

paid for two rooms but only one used. friendly and courteous reception staff. poorly signposted and dangerous parking. being used to hotels sleeping at Novotel, an average establishment and excessive price.

Un service impeccable et aux petits soins avec Nathalie. Une entrée avec un gravelax de saumon excellent, suivi d'un plat remarquable avec une viande mâturée remarquable. Les vins sont parfaits pour accompagner. En un mot, je conseille de venir y déjeuner ou dîner !

06/08/2024: I'm going to correct my opinion because I think I'm a little harsh...in fact a little disappointed, because we like this restaurant and go there regularly. M it's a nice restaurant, service too, we eat well there, but as we come regularly then it changes the situation and a little opinion...we would like a little regular change so as not to revolve around the same dishes. ...because otherwise we get tired, so we space out our visits, too bad... The minuses: the croutons with eggplant tapenade are average...try to spice them up with small toasted or herb toasts...something more. Croutons aren't very glamorous... There is no starter or main course menu, or dessert course in the evening, the à la carte price is a little high... The raspberry duck, it would be interesting to offer a separate sauce, just to be able to make a change? (with raspberry, or pepper, with truffles...) .. The desserts, the big profiterole, the first time we find it gigantic and it has an effect, and then we say to ourselves that it no longer has any shape so lose that wow factor......it's very good ! Very good rum baba, ravioli, burger also very good. You will have understood that a regular is good news but would like a little renewal for this ir still regularly :-)
