We stayed here as a family and, frankly, our opinion is quite mixed. There are some great positives, but also some details that are disappointing for a hotel in this category. The biggest drawback was the morning reception. I came to ask for some information and I really felt like I was bothering the woman at reception. It's a shame, because it immediately gives a bad impression. Fortunately, things went much better in the evening: the person who greeted us was very pleasant and professional, which made up for it. As for the room, it's a bit of a mixed bag. My bedding was perfect, no complaints, we slept very well. However, the sofa bed was really uncomfortable for the children; it needs to be redesigned. I was also quite surprised (and disappointed) by the overall condition: a sheet torn at the edge and stains on the carpet... For a Novotel, you expect a more refined finish. It's a shame because you can tell the hotel has great potential, but there's a real need to improve the upkeep and the staff's friendliness during the day to bring it up to standard. Hopefully these comments will help improve things!

I stayed with my family for just one night. The room was spacious and clean. The garage is really poorly organized. There are low walls that are extremely dangerous for access. Furthermore, the exit is not marked, making it difficult to exit with a long car. Truly awful.

We received a very warm welcome last week for our stay. The gentleman at reception was excellent. The hotel was clean and pleasant. I will return.

Hello, We had a lovely time during our very short stay. The welcome was warm. The room was clean and well-appointed. Breakfast was provided and adequate, although the service was a little impersonal. We were able to park our vehicle without any problems in the parking lot. Frankly, nothing to complain about. In any case, we will definitely return to this establishment.

We had a very pleasant stay as a family. The room was comfortable, though a bit on the smaller side, but still manageable for us. The breakfast was good, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. We also appreciated the water dispensers available on every floor, although having complimentary water bottles in the room would make the experience even better.
