I didn't appreciate either the unpleasant welcome (apart from a nice waitress) or the vegetarian menu.
On the other hand, the effort to use local products is quite interesting and the setting is pleasant.

We had lunch this afternoon. We really appreciated both the quality and originality of the cuisine and the concept (dominantly plant-based, magnified by foods of animal origin and localism), the service and the setting. Special mention for the dessert around chocolate and the split pea emulsion and also for the originality of the food and non-alcoholic drink pairing (and the duty to guess the composition of the drinks served), something never seen before for us.
We will come back with pleasure

Products that appear simple but are superbly highlighted. Fine cuisine, full of delicacy and taste. Flavors sometimes surprising but to die for.
Wine and soft food pairings are appropriate.
In short, we had a great time.
The service is professional, pleasant but relaxed and friendly at the same time.
I'm just waiting for one thing: to be able to go back.

An exceptional moment in this starred restaurant where local products are in the spotlight. We were delighted with our dinner at restaurant Number 3 in August 2024. From the outset, we see that the house is well maintained and that the service, both in the dining room and in the kitchen, is carried out with seriousness and a desire to do well.
The cuisine promotes plants and local Yvelines production. This original common thread, far from being a constraint for chef Trochain, proves to be a success on the palate.
The food and wine pairing, for a really modest sum, is remarkable, giving pride of place to productions that are often little-known and outside the major appellations. A very good surprise. Finally, the selection of aged cheeses is a must for amateurs.
Although it was summer, we were placed in the large room rather than on the terrace (full that evening). We were delighted with it, as the decoration, furniture and crockery form a delightful and soothing achievement.
In the end, a table that proudly wears its star, while remaining accessible, and which we are not surprised to celebrate its twentieth anniversary!

Une confirmation après notre déjeuner du mois de mai : cette adresse est bien la meilleure des Yvelines avec un rapport qualité/prix excellent.
Du végétal mais pas seulement, de belles assiettes pleines de saveurs et d'originalité Sans oublier le service en salle aussi sympathique que professionnel.
