Perfect, it was a first for me in this establishment and I must say that we were surprised. Very warm welcome from the chef and very good service throughout the meal. The dishes are very good, beautiful presentation with the added bonus of each dish, explanations from the chef himself. I had an idea of ​​the quantity of the gourmet dishes, yet we left the table satisfied, in addition to being beautiful and tasty, the dishes were generous and very well balanced. I highly recommend

Came as a family for our Father's Day meal, we had a great time. Everything was great. We received a warm welcome and had lunch with dishes, each more exceptional than the last. It was very pleasant to be served by the chef with explanations on each dish regarding the composition and tasting, with fresh flowers and aromatic herbs often cut and placed in front of us. I personally really liked the pairing of the wines with the dishes, and the explanations given by the chef’s wife. The price is well worth what we got on the plate. In addition, I would like to thank the kindness of both of them, as well as their good humor which completes everything.

We stayed in a Chateau in the area as a base for touring Champagne houses. Chef Denis prepared some dinners for us "at home" but another highlight was lunch in his restaurant. Gorgeous garden setting, with a complete herb garden behind Denis and wife/culinary partner Sofia's home. Delectable, lovingly prepared cuisine. Fabulous fresh foie gras and expansive cheese selction. Flawless attention to quality and local, fresh sources. We dined in some "fancier" restaurants during our week's stay, but none more delightful. I highly recommend. Nancy Dallas, Texas
