04/07/2025: A nice hidden gem! You can feel their passion! Chef Keisuke is a talented chef. There is a Japanese culinary style infused to their menu in a very gentle way. This deserves your visit. (Details: Starter: Sliced zucchini with pasta, topped with fried potatoes and wagyu in buttery dressing. This seems to be a bit oily for a starter after a very refreshing amuse bouche. Fish main: Very juicy sea bream with a ginger based mousse. This is very delicate way to infuse the Japanese (but also Cantonese) cooking style for treating fish with ginger! My favourite fish for the night! Meat main: Seared Duck Breast. It was cooked pretty good. Duck is tender and the skin is presented beautifully to keep a soft texture, through I prefer a thiner duck skin. Dessert: Jasmine tea ice cream and cherries. Flawless! Excellent combo! One of the best ice cream I ever have. Service: Perfect. Warm, welcoming and comfortable. Japanese style! We had a wonderful night! Thank you!
18/06/2025: A superb restaurant in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. Exceptional gourmet cuisine by Chef Keisuke Yamagishi, inspired by Chopin's studies. The service is the best I've ever experienced in France—attentive, elegant, and impeccable. A brilliant venue with a long and refined wine list, showcasing the great wines of Burgundy. Truly unforgettable.
