+ 40 minutes of driving in the countryside/forest for my wife to surprise me... that she wasn't MY surprise to see a restaurant 🇷🇪 😍... "it's not my kitchen mom" but what a treat🤤 from arrival to departure. Warm welcome with a big sincere smile ☀️ Cocktail + starter + main course + free digestive (which I would have liked to share with the chef but he was in the oven but not piton) = perfect meal. I didn't have dessert because I was full from a very hearty and inexpensive meal but the potato cake🥹 caught my eye. Doggy bag (very hearty meal) offered and not requested ends🥲. We will repeat this 40+ minute drive to travel in every sense of the word. Good continuation and see you soon.

A little trip into Reunionese cuisine. The welcome is pleasant and the atmosphere friendly. Reservation required if you want a table. The curries and rougail are good even if they are prepared for European palates, unaccustomed to chili. They take on another dimension with the spicy sauce (but not too much). The flambéed bananas are great, the sweet potato cake lacks a little accompaniment. The prices are affordable and we had a great evening. Only downside: the punch! A glass of cane sugar syrup with two thin slices of lime and a dash of rum...... We will come back!

Restaurant vraiment très sympathique ! Une cuisine reunionnnaise excellente, un accueil et un service supers et pour finir une petite dégustation de rhums arrangés ! Vraiment je recommande !
