The quality of the vegetables and their preparation is impeccable. The balance and variety of spices are subtle. A real treat.

The food was excellent and beautifully presented; the plates were artfully arranged and colorful, a feast for the eyes. The manager is very friendly. Everything is locally sourced. One small drawback: we didn't know how much we would pay until we got to the register because there was no menu. My husband was disappointed that there were no meat options (but I think this restaurant is actually vegetarian-only).

Passing through town, the menu and reviews caught my eye. I wasn't disappointed! Sophisticated and flavorful dishes, made with seasonal vegetables. Everything is homemade, and the service is very efficient and pleasant. I personally ordered the delicious crozet gratin with Saint Marcellin cheese (pictured), which came with numerous side dishes (like all the other options). My only (minor) regret, stemming from my sweet tooth, is that I would have appreciated a little more cheese in the gratin. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return to explore the menu in another season!
