Had a saj with zaatar and cheese. Everything rolled up with vegetables. The service is super nice and accommodating, the food was delicious! Highly Recommended

The food is healthy and tasty. Their hummus and eggplant caviar are exceptional! The whole family and employees are adorable. ❤️ This restaurant is an institution in Toulouse!

so so so so delicious, came here yesterday for the first time and had to return today to try another wrap. i have tried the hummus one and the super extra labneh zataar.. both are incredible. Everything is made fresh and with L❤️VE ,, seriously best hummus ever. staff are also super super friendly. RECOMMEND !!!!! (only thing is that there might be a bit of a wait at busy times but IT IS WORTH IT)

01/07/2024: High-end Lebanese specialties. A great welcome and unbeatable prices. I highly recommend.
28/06/2024: Best shawarma in town, real cooks and real Lebanese cuisine. Tasty and varied starters. For the price of a German frozen turkey kebab, you get a Lebanese bread sandwich, real white tahina sauce and an artisanal lamb spit. My favorite for a long time. Long live El Dayaa!

07/07/2024: Sur la place, une belle terrasse L'accueil est un peu rude... les 2 serveurs courrent partout Installé en intérieur, nous trouvons une carte de produits libanais avec une demi-douzaine de plats et autant d'assiettes. Correct au goût mais relativement cher au vu de la quantité servie.
14/06/2024: Having eaten French cuisine during our stay in Toulouse, we thought we’d try Lebanese on our last evening. Big mistake! Go to French restaurant and one can sense how much the staff are trying to impress you with their food. In Byblos however, their heart was palpably not in it! Apathy was writ large.and it was obvious there was no enthusiasm… Food was fairly mediocre at best. Nothing spectacular except the price. Altogether, a big disappointment… We really wish we had not gone there for our last supper in Toulouse.
