A wonderful discovery thanks to TheFork We stumbled upon this place quite by chance thanks to a discount offered on TheFork, and it was definitely a pleasant surprise! A great opportunity to try a restaurant we hadn't yet been to, and we weren't disappointed. The sushi and maki were delicious, well-prepared, and with combinations that offered a refreshing change from the classic recipes. Special mention goes to the goat cheese and honey maki, a truly successful sweet and savory combination, as well as the foie gras maki, which were particularly indulgent and original. These were definitely our favorites! The meal was generous, with a good selection on the menu and all the flavors were spot on. The service was friendly and the atmosphere relaxed, perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal. In the end, the TheFork discount allowed us to make an excellent discovery. We will gladly return, especially to try those famous goat cheese and honey and foie gras maki again!

Very good restaurant, fast service and very friendly staff. The makis and the tartare are good, the coleslaw a little less so, but it's still a good place!

Very satisfied with this restaurant. The menu is extensive, the service is fast, and we enjoyed our meal. The restrooms are in very good condition and very clean (except for the lack of hot water). The service is friendly and honest, which is a very good thing. I encourage you to try it. Update 06/25/2026: This Japanese restaurant doesn't smell like cooking because the kitchen is located below and there's an automatic air freshener spray. A zen atmosphere pervades the place. The menu is lovely, offering set menus, platters, and the option to create your own plate. See images for prices. The food is very good and the portions are quite generous, so it's top-notch.

A small, unassuming restaurant, yet the food is absolutely delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the dishes, the quality ingredients, and the subtlety of the flavors. I highly recommend it.

We love eating at Obaasan Sushi. Maki and sushi aren't their specialty, but I recommend the chirashi, noodles, beef and cheese yakitori (amazing!), gyoza, and miso soup. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable thanks to the 50% discount on The Fork.
