Good evening. As for the hamburgers, they were excellent, no complaints there. However, the XL fries were a disaster. They were nothing like the photo you posted recently when you first opened; we had real fries then. Now, the fries, or rather, the pieces of toasted fries, look like they were scraped from the bottom of the fryer. You need to review your process. It's a shame.
