This is a popular beach, accessible on foot and by car, or even by city bus. Numerous parking lots nearby. It is possible to eat and have cold and hot drinks. Beach supervised thanks to the presence of firefighters and lifeguards from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. WC present as well as a fountain. Grass and sand beach.

Not many people it's good but too much waste on the beach, too many gulls if it's kept away its birds plunge their beaks into the bags and the lifeguards arrived late (10am)

Discovery of this small, nice, landscaped fine sand beach, shaded by several trees on a natural lawn. First aid station, Snack with waffles, ice creams and salty products... Sanitary facilities maintained daily by a lovely young person, it would be nice if her work was respected by everyone!! 👍

Nice beach but too much trash on the ground and sand. Really a shame especially with the children's garden next to the plastic beer can

Great well-kept and guarded sandy beach. There are some bars and restaurants nearby. When we were there on a weekday there was also a very busy market near the parking lot. Unfortunately there were a lot of jellyfish there when we visited. However, the other children played with them so we concluded that they were not a concern.

04/09/2024: Salade de fruits de mer and pizza de fruits de mer were so-so, the wine lifeless. There is a beautiful terrace with a romantic view of the beach and friendly service.
30/08/2024: I recommend this restaurant, very friendly, perfect cuisine and service, and also a view of the sea.... From the Bretons between Lorient and Vannes!!!! 😉😉👍👍👍

La Cocotte De l'île

22/09/2024: Cadre : Joli restaurant situé en plein coeur de l'île de Martigues, à proximité du miroir aux oiseaux!  Personnel: La patronne se chargeait également d'effectuer le service: elle était top, attentionnée et soucieuse de notre bien être. Service: Parfait, rapide et efficace. Nourriture : Très bonne. Les assiettes sont bien proportionnées, les aliments sont frais et très bien cuisinés! Rapport qualité/prix: prix juste et mérité ! 
16/07/2024: sur "l'ile de Martigues", un endroit sans charme particulier, mais très agréable. L'accueil est très sympathique ; nous sommes arrivés dans ce petit restaurant sans réservation mais avec le sentiment fort d'y être attendu. La carte est réduite et suffisante. Le prix est correct.
