A perfect stay in every way, the staff are really friendly, I enjoyed our conversations, the room was exactly as expected, the food was excellent, thank you to the chef and all the staff for their kindness and availability, we will definitely come back with our dog of course.

Simply put, the quality isn't up to par with what you'd find in other establishments. The food isn't up to the standard of other places in this type of hotel, but the staff is great and the hotel could use a refresh with a warmer atmosphere.

We had a wonderful time at the Hôtel de la Grande Cascade. The New Year's Eve dinner was incredible; we thoroughly enjoyed it. The only slight drawback, given our lifestyle, was the breakfast. If you hadn't booked it the day before, it wasn't available. Since we tend to wake up late on vacation to have breakfast, we had to eat elsewhere after 10:00 a.m. Apart from that, everything was perfect!
