We had a great stay. It’s true that after reading certain comments, we were very cautious.
We were welcomed by a charming person, the accommodation was clean, whether the rooms, bedding, sheets and towels, everything was perfect.
The residence is very well maintained, the pool staff present and smiling. It was our first time at a Pierre et Vacances, I really don't regret it and I recommend it.

Place a little old but well maintained, cleaning on arrival not great, the floor was sticky and we found an old pair of underwear under one of the beds, a shame otherwise overall it's a good holiday village

clean village. The small houses are very well made, rather spacious rooms. In terms of activities, the swimming pools are very good and indoor play areas. Babimbdton and self-service table tennis. My children enjoyed it. The village is well placed, we were able to visit Honfleur, Trouville, Deauville, etc. Etretat cliff and landing beach.
The only downside is the restaurant staff are not helpful, and the food is not great for a price that is rather expensive.

Ideal stay with two children aged 5 and 8, we were housed near the activities, we took great advantage of the tennis, ping pong, trampoline and other games. The wonderful circus school for little ones who juggle, spin plates and walk on a wire 50 cm above the ground. The swimming pool which brings everyone together in the center of an island of greenery in pretty, pleasant and well-designed Normandy houses.
