A lovely evening out with my 6-year-old daughter. We received a very warm welcome. The concept is original; you really choose what looks good to you, and the hardest part is resisting the urge to devour everything! The dishes are beautifully presented; they're as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate. We even got to watch the chef prepare the "salmon sushi," as that mustachioed child would say.

19/05/2026: Great! The waiter was super friendly, and the meal was excellent!
18/05/2026: So honestly, I'm not from around here; I found this restaurant online. The manager is really lovely, hence my 5 stars 😉 However, I just spent €36.10 and I'm still starving. And I'm not usually a big eater. The real problem is the portion sizes: they're really tiny. The 6 braised salmon at €8.90, why not, but they should really make adult-sized portions 😅 Same goes for the fried beef rolls: besides being very small, I found them quite dry, to the point that they stick to your teeth. I'm even going to have to order something else because I'm still so hungry 😅

01/05/2026: Always a pleasure to eat at Fujisan, whether dining in or taking away. The best sushi in Mulhouse and the surrounding area! I've been going there for many years (since the restaurant was in the building next door), and the quality is always top-notch! ❤️
18/02/2026: The price-quality ratio is acceptable. Given the overall Google rating and glowing reviews, I was expecting better. There's often a long wait in the evening due to the high volume of Uber Eats deliveries. The chicken spring rolls weren't as flavorful as I'd hoped; they were a bit bland. Otherwise, it's generally good. The service was pleasant and friendly. I hesitated between 3 and 4 stars... I'm going with 4.
