A lovely evening out with my 6-year-old daughter. We received a very warm welcome. The concept is original; you really choose what looks good to you, and the hardest part is resisting the urge to devour everything! The dishes are beautifully presented; they're as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate. We even got to watch the chef prepare the "salmon sushi," as that mustachioed child would say.

01/05/2026: Always a pleasure to eat at Fujisan, whether dining in or taking away. The best sushi in Mulhouse and the surrounding area! I've been going there for many years (since the restaurant was in the building next door), and the quality is always top-notch! ❤️

There's often a long wait in the evening due to the high volume of Uber Eats deliveries. The chicken spring rolls weren't as flavorful as I'd hoped; they were a bit bland. Otherwise, it's generally good. The service was pleasant and friendly. I hesitated between 3 and 4 stars... I'm going with 4.
