I think they've changed chefs... The miso ramen was too salty, and the pork pieces were way too big and rubbery (I've never seen anything like it 😬).
Otherwise, the sushi was good.
The ramen photos I posted are outdated. That was back when they actually took the time to cut the nori sheet into three pieces 😔.

We've known this place for over 20 years and it's a gem! The staff is so kind and friendly, and the food is fresh and delicious. I highly recommend Okinawa; for us, it's the gold standard for Japanese cuisine. We're never disappointed!
Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take many photos because we were more focused on eating ;-)

Very good and served quickly.
Attentive service.
The dry, overgrown canal in front of the restaurant slightly detracts from the experience.

Probably the best Japanese restaurant in all of SQY! To convince yourself, try the fresh tofu as a starter.
Of course, everything is fresh, and the fish is prepared on-site.
The staff is discreet and efficient, and the value for money is excellent.

We chose this restaurant randomly, and we weren't disappointed; it was great!
The ramen, gyozas, and bibimbap were delicious.
