We dined at Omalo on March 30, 2026, and overall, we had a very pleasant evening. The dishes were delicious, everything was well-prepared and flavorful. The service was also excellent: the waiter and the receptionist were very kind, smiling, and helpful.
The only negative point had absolutely nothing to do with the restaurant itself, but rather with a customer who took it upon herself to raise her voice, shout, and unjustifiably lash out at the receptionist, even though she had done nothing wrong. This situation unfortunately disrupted the atmosphere and disturbed several other customers.
I would therefore like to emphasize the professionalism, calm, and patience of the staff in the face of this behavior. They handled the situation with great composure, which deserves to be commended.
Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality and hard work, and best of luck in dealing with these kinds of situations. We will gladly return!
I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience at O’Malo restaurant in Bethoncourt. The portions were generous and the dishes were beautifully prepared, offering excellent value for money. The welcome and service were pleasant, and the restaurant's ambiance made the meal even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I'm sure that anyone who visits O’Malo will also be completely satisfied.
