I stayed at this establishment for several nights and I must say I received top-quality service. I have absolutely no complaints, nothing to criticize, from the chambermaids to the receptionists and the assistant manager – a fantastic team that I highly recommend. A warm and welcoming team, all within a family-run establishment. I highly recommend this hotel for ROSE, whether for personal or business trips; you won't be disappointed.

Hello everyone. I'm going to give you a summary of our week at your hotel. First of all, the location is ideal for exploring in all directions. The rooms are very good for a three-star hotel, perfectly designed for a week's stay. The staff is attentive to their guests, which was a real plus for us. Everything we could possibly need is there: a bar, a terrace, and a small lounge with games. The only downside was that we opted for half-board, and there, simply because of a very poor cook, nothing was edible except for its appearance. But thanks to the understanding of the entire staff, who remained professional, everything turned out very well, and frankly, we don't regret our stay at your hotel at all. A special mention for the bottle of Gewurztraminer, which was a very thoughtful touch. Thank you all.

Unfriendly reception staff. Breakfasts without butter for three days, fresh fruit including inedible bananas. Room key handed over at reception upon departure without any explanation.

Great location for exploring Colmar, but also a good base for visiting other places in Alsace. Very clean, plenty of choice at breakfast, and free parking in front of the property. We would definitely come back.

I had a pleasant stay at Ibis Colmar hotel, the staff were so cooperative and helpful, my room had a beautiful view on the back yard garden. The breakfast was very tasty and available during the morning. I totally recommend it.

The place is a bit dated. The staff (a tall, young man) at reception and the bar seemed overwhelmed. The wine selection was also disappointing. The food was rather poor by French standards; I'm used to much better. In contrast, the breakfast was very good (unless you had to eat it in a cold and unclean training room in the basement).

I highly recommend it!!! Very well located, close to everything. The hotel is very quiet, the service is top-notch, and the breakfast is excellent. I came for work and I'm leaving feeling refreshed! Thank you to the whole team!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights over Easter (two adults). The staff was friendly and helpful, and the young man at reception spoke four languages, including Spanish, which I speak. That was very helpful. Our room was on the ground floor. There was a comfortable lounge with a bar and seating areas. Cons: 1. You get three towels per two people (one for the feet and two larger ones for the body). Even if you consider the foot towel to be a substitute for a bath mat and maybe one for two people, two separate face towels are still definitely not enough. 2. Our room had two single beds pushed together, not one dormitory. However, the beds themselves are very light and constantly slide apart. If they could be secured somehow, it would be great. 3. If you don't have a car, the bus to the city is a 20-minute ride, and service is sparse on weekends and holidays. We missed the last bus in town at 10:00 PM and walked almost an hour to the hotel. Pros: clean, quiet, hairdryer and TV included, 🛜, friendly staff, and parking available if needed.
