Very good restaurant in the center of Istres, top-notch service and cuisine

A very nice discovery, Istres is poor in terms of quantity of high quality restaurants and refinement, but fortunately there is Le Pilon, it is an unmissable place, a family story to which I wish the longest life. The quality is really there, a refined cuisine, in a spirit of more traditional cuisine, it is very copious, lots of flavors, a very beautiful presentation: congratulations to the chef and his team, I highly recommend! The setting is very nice, the music is very good, Nora Jones is a very good choice, the volume is perfect, we can enjoy while chatting without raising our voices! The chef's background is very impressive, he learned from some of the biggest names in French cuisine, well done! The parents, involved in Pilon with their son, can be proud of their son. Back today, it's still just as pleasant, the quality is still there, this afternoon for my wife's birthday, we wanted to have lunch at Pilon, to enjoy a moment of calm and pleasure again . The musical atmosphere is always so soft and pleasant, thank you, we can chat very easily and listen to beautiful music 🎶 I invite you to taste the Spelled Risotto with Scallops, it is really very good, for me, it was a lamb shank which is always so well mastered. Looking forward to a next visit...
