A wonderful discovery at Le Pilon! A warm welcome, attentive service, and truly delicious cuisine. The dishes are refined, beautifully presented, and made with high-quality ingredients. You can taste the chef's expertise. An excellent restaurant in Istres; I highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This restaurant is exceptional. What a pleasure to eat in a restaurant where the chef actually cooks! Everything is homemade and carefully considered: sauces, herbs, flavored oils, smoked fish, desserts… Don't hesitate, it's certainly one of the best restaurants in the Bouches-du-Rhône region, with more than fair value for money (in Aix or Marseille, prices are much higher for far less quality). Kudos to the family!

We really enjoyed this little restaurant; the food was excellent. We were surprised to see that there was no longer a set menu except for the daily special and the à la carte options... Everything has gone up considerably!

23/02/2026: A wonderful Valentine's Day evening: The service was impeccable, the waitresses were friendly and responsive. Between each course, they asked if we wanted the next course immediately or if we preferred to wait a little, which was very thoughtful! The dishes were delicious; we opted for the set menu (tuna or duck). The meat and fish were cooked perfectly, and frankly, we had a great time from beginning to end.
