We've been coming quite often lately and we're never disappointed! The staff is always very welcoming and friendly, even during busy times! And the food is, of course, delicious. I highly recommend it! 😊

Great restaurant, the portions are generous and delicious. I tried the Mi Heo which was excellent. The same goes for the sponge cake. The staff is warm, funny, really great. Thank you so much!!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The food is simply incredible: flavorful dishes, fresh ingredients, generous portions, and perfectly seasoned. I've dined at Uncle Pho several times now, and I've never been disappointed. The quality is consistently high, the dishes are flavorful and generous. The ramen is excellent, and my favorite is without a doubt the Mi Vit with duck: perfectly seasoned, rich in flavor, and always well-prepared! The wine on offer is organic and of very good quality, which is a real plus. The welcome is warm, the service impeccable, and the staff truly attentive. Each visit is a wonderful experience. It's become a place I spontaneously recommend to everyone I know, and I seize every opportunity to introduce it to my friends and family. A sure bet that I always enjoy!

26/02/2026: With Korean cuisine becoming increasingly popular, there are many Chinese restaurants operating in Europe. I remember eating soft tofu stew near the Opera House in Paris, feeling suspicious, and asking the waiters if the owner or chef was Korean, but they couldn't give me a proper answer. Since then, I've been carefully checking reviews when choosing Korean restaurants. This time in Nantes, I made a reservation for a bibim box but ended up at the wrong restaurant, Big Bang. The name "Big Bang" was written here and there as "박방" (Park Bang), but they didn't realize it was a mistake. I was glad to see the writing, though. True to its name, Bibim Box specializes in bibimbab. We went for lunch, but couldn't get the dolsot bibimbap, so I had regular bibimbap instead. My French husband chose the tofu and pork. It's more like a rice bowl than a bibimbap. However, it wasn't overly sweet, and they had more vegetables than other non-Korean restaurants, giving it a homey feel. The price was also very reasonable for France at 12.5 euros, which was great. My husband was also satisfied with the tofu rice bowl.
25/02/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant, which I've visited several times. The japchae and bibimbap are excellent, and their kimchi is definitely the best in Nantes!! Thank you ❤️
