This is my second time enjoying a meal in Coutances. The interior and exterior decor are fantastic. The food is excellent. The only downside to this chain is that there aren't any locations in the North! I'll definitely be back on my next trips to the region.

A very good find. The American West theme is beautifully showcased and tastefully executed. Several dishes are out of the ordinary, and the portions are generous. The menus offer a variety of high-quality dishes. Reservations are not possible via Google, only by phone. I recommend this restaurant. The only area for improvement is the expansion of the number of restaurants and the regions where they are located. This restaurant is an hour and a half from my home. Opening locations in Ille-et-Vilaine would be a welcome addition.

No waiting, very responsive staff, and especially Maude who looked after our table. She is discreet, attentive, and very friendly. Well done.
