Fantastic meal! Just the kind of place we love in Paris: simple, friendly, lively, with a real neighborhood feel. The food is truly high-quality, generous, and delicious, with excellent value for money. You can tell it's a place people enjoy coming to, and especially one they return to. The service is warm, natural, and unpretentious. For us, it's a sure thing: we'll be back on our next trip to Paris. Thank you for a wonderful time!

We just happened to stop for a drink, and the friendliness and attentiveness of the waiter were delightful. Now that I've also seen the menu, it's a place I'd like to return to and try the recommendations.

I stumbled across this café in a perfect location, just a short walk from the Sacré-Cœur and right in the heart of the textile district. From the outside it looks modest and authentic, but once inside you immediately feel the warmth and charm of the place. The seating is extremely comfortable, the tables are spacious, and the atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed and welcoming. Before sitting down, I spoke with one of the waiters about the menu. He was incredibly approachable, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. That sense of kindness carried throughout the entire experience: everyone seemed to know each other, conversations flowed naturally, and the whole restaurant had the feeling of a joyful family gathering. I ordered the couscous and asked for only a third of the usual portion of meat. Even so, the serving was remarkably generous. The dish itself was absolutely delicious — fresh, rich in flavour, and beautifully prepared. The vegetables were perfectly cooked and practically melted in my mouth. Sarah, our waitress, was exceptional. Attentive without ever being intrusive, she made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. In fact, “home” is probably the best word to describe this place: cosy, authentic, and filled with genuinely caring people. This is clearly a small family-run business that takes enormous pride in what it does, and it shows in every detail. A heartfelt thank you to Sarah and Hocine for their wonderful hospitality and unforgettable welcome. And the music! A perfect soundtrack of classic French songs from an era when music was crafted with real passion, romance, and artistic soul. It added the finishing touch to an already memorable experience.

Great location and excellent service

A nice, small restaurant near the world-famous Sacré-Cœur Basilica. Friendly staff, uncomplicated service. When we were there, they had a daily specials menu with various dishes at reasonable prices.

A place where you stop by chance for a drink, and the friendly waiter entices you to grab a bite... And what a happy coincidence: an excellent, generous, and flavorful couscous—real food for €22... just steps from the Sacré-Cœur Basilica in Montmartre. A fantastic find!! 🤗

A small, old family-run pub. So don't run away because of the pub's exterior, but feel free to go inside. The food is cooked fresh, which is reflected in the taste of the dishes. The staff/family is incredibly nice and helpful. You get served even with broken English and my broken French. The food is truly delicious, it's a shame the onion soup was a bit burnt, and it is made with love. The desserts are mouthwatering; I even ate more than one 😁

A warm place, you are welcomed with a smile, the food is haute French gastronomy, a Royal couscous on Saturdays, not far from the Sacré Coeur, a magnificent place to take a break to eat, or have a drink or a coffee with friends and family, tourists, superb decor inside, a beautiful terrace outside, special note to MOMO, the owner, friendly, always so responsive, and beyond that he speaks English for tourists.

Nice restaurant in a quiet street near the montmartre. We craved a mousse au chocolate and weren’t disappointed. We sat outside, staff was really nice. Big recommendation for a break during your trip in Paris!

Just steps from Montmartre, yet away from the tourist crowds, this authentic tobacco bar, frequented by locals, is run by a wonderful, welcoming family. At lunchtime, it offers a varied and interesting, quality menu. You dine in a lively atmosphere among the neighborhood's regulars. You'll feel like a guest at a friend's house.
