Excellent service, very good sushi, and a location with plenty of shops and amenities (near the large Cap3000 shopping center). I would just suggest perhaps offering a new menu with more options to add variety. Compositions with fresh mango, for example, would be great, or other ingredient choices just to bring a little something new to the table. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, keep up the good work! 😉

I can confirm that it was very good. The simple carpaccio with yuzu sauce was perfect. The house specialty rolls were very satisfying. I'm taking off one star because the service was too disorganized. It's best to share what you order because it arrives slowly and randomly (even though we specified when ordering that everything could be served at the same time). As a result, we got some rolls, then a 10-minute wait for the carpaccio (which is normally an appetizer), and then another 10 minutes for the other rolls. So if you don't share, be prepared to wait or watch others eat while you wait your turn! We were hesitant to order more, but we stopped there. So we recommend it because it's good, but 1) share, 2) be patient and open to surprises: you don't know in what order the dishes will be served 😅

If you ever find yourself in Nice, I highly recommend this Japanese restaurant. Go without hesitation! 👌🏽 The cost per person is around €30, so it's quite reasonable. The restaurant is located in the port of Saint-Laurent-du-Var, where you can find many restaurants of all nationalities and for all tastes. But this restaurant is a gem! So don't hesitate! We'll gladly go back 😊
