As we wanted to taste oysters from a Vendée oyster farmer, we stopped at Emmanuelle and Jean-Claude Robin in La Guittière, town of Talmont Saint Hilaire. A dozen oysters accompanied by an excellent white wine, a Chardonnay "from La Guittière" (local producer in Vendée "Domaine du Vieux Pressoir). We had a great time. We recommend this place. Little dedication to Emmanuelle: Thank you for your welcome and complicity 😉. Failing not to have been able to taste the "oyster" crème brûlée🤣🤣🤣, the "snail" tart was excellent, 🤣🤣🤣. We will come back 😍.

We are going to this little remote corner on the advice of the owner of our vacation rental. When we arrived we chose the Robin oyster farmers’ cabin and we were not disappointed! Friendly welcome, quite a few tasting choices and quality on the plate!!! To redo

While passing through Vendée with my mother, we wanted to taste a seafood platter and chose to stop at this address. We received a very warm welcome there and had a great time. The value for money is excellent and the products couldn't be fresher. I recommend with your eyes closed.
