Very good O'Tacos, nothing to complain about.

The food is very good, very clean, and delicious.

During my last visits about two months ago, the self-service kiosk wasn't working, forcing me to pay at the register and preventing me from collecting my loyalty points. I went back again today, and was told that nothing had been fixed due to an internet problem. Despite the food being decent, it's disappointing to see that no improvements have been made. I hope they resolve these issues to retain local customers.

We arrived at the taco place, and as soon as we got there, he asked us what we wanted without giving us a chance to look, knowing I'd never been there before. We're shy, so we didn't talk much, and then he started speaking to us in English. He kept insisting the machines weren't working, even though we understood. I ordered ground beef, and he put nuggets on it. When my friend said he'd made a mistake, he said, "It's good too, you'll see, keep it and try it once," even though it doesn't work like that. We were about to leave with the wrong order. Luckily, one of the cooks offered to exchange it. Just to clarify, we're 13 years old, so he took advantage of our being children to pressure us. Anyway, the tacos were good after the exchange.

I would like to warmly thank Morgane for her professionalism and kindness. She is very attentive, responsive to needs, and always smiling. Her work is impeccable, and she goes above and beyond to provide an excellent experience. I highly recommend her services without hesitation!
