03/01/2026: The food is the same as in all the other restaurants in this chain. My previous experiences dining in have been quite good in terms of service, but I recently ordered through the drive-thru and it was more complicated. We were literally yelled at because we didn't ask for our sauces when we ordered. The cap on one of our drinks was open, so one of them spilled very quickly, and the fries, which hadn't been touched by the spilled drink, were still cold. It's a shame because my previous experiences had been good.
