Ozlem sur Paris

In my opinion, the best kebab in Paris, by far! I go there regularly; everything is homemade and high quality. It's best to call ahead to order before going, to avoid a long wait due to the crowds. The staff is always friendly despite the high volume of customers. Don't change a thing, it's perfect!

I've wanted to try this Ozlem kebab for a long time, and I'm a little disappointed. I admit the meat was good, but the sandwich itself was a bit bland, even though it was generous.

Delicious, a welcome change from store-bought tortillas, naan, and bread. Perfect doner. Now I just have to try the other dishes.

Best döner in Paris, without a doubt! And I'm very picky. The ingredients are top-notch, the bread is excellent, and the ayran is homemade. To avoid the wait, you can order in advance. And even the wait is definitely worth it! Thanks to Edip for his kindness and hospitality.

Food was ok, not the best kebab

Without a doubt, one of the best kebabs I've ever eaten. I highly recommend it.

A very good traditional sandwich, truly perfect; their sandwich is one of the best in Paris. However, I find the tipping system on the card reader a bit questionable. Personally, I don't tip, for fear of seeming greedy, but at checkout, it must create a moment of social awkwardness for many customers. It's a small detail that gives a bad impression of the establishment, even though the service is always cordial and professional. We're not in the USA, and tipping should be a voluntary and conscious decision, especially considering that the restaurant's layout isn't at all compatible with this system, as there are very few seats and a lot of takeout orders. Update to the owner: Card readers are usually configurable, so I think the tipping option can be disabled. In the United States, this is common, but in France, service is already included in the price. Therefore, this kind of message can be a little uncomfortable, especially in this type of establishment. I felt it necessary to bring this to your attention.

The meat is excellent, a true culinary journey. Here, you find the methods of our ancestors, notably the precise cutting of the meat. The sandwich is delicious, prepared with respect and care. One small drawback: I found the service very slow in preparing a sandwich. The server tells you the preparation time before you pay, which is quite nice. It's worth trying at least once, I think.
