A true kebab institution in Paris! I tried Ozlem Kebab, open since 1987, and ordered a kebab platter: honestly, a real treat! The meat is delicious, generous, juicy, and not at all dry. It's hand-cut, which gives it a really pleasant texture and an authentic taste. I also loved the bread: it soaks up the juices and fat from the spit, which gives it a lot of flavor and makes it particularly delicious. Another big plus: no Algerian sauce, Biggy, or other industrial sauces here. They have two homemade sauces: a hot sauce and a homemade tomato sauce that perfectly complements the meat. I also really appreciated the two-spit system: the second spit takes over to guarantee that the meat is always fresh, juicy, and cooked to perfection, especially for afternoon customers. Due to its popularity, the second spit of kebabs is often finished before 4:30 pm. In that case, the kitchen closes earlier than usual. So it's best to arrive early! A delicious, generous, and authentic kebab plate, prepared with true expertise since 1987. A place I highly recommend to lovers of real kebab!

The best döner of Paris and the only one I would eat 😬 everything is home made, even the bread, the sauce, the ayran, and is very fresh as well as absolutely delicious. Lahmacun is succulent as well. The managing family is very kind and always warm and welcoming. The place is also very clean. 25 years I come here and it never disappoints.

For those seeking advice on discovering this new place, don't expect a warm welcome; you're expected to know everything before even coming to eat there. They'll treat you with disdain.

Excellent Parisian kebab. A victim of its own success, it's very difficult to get a table inside; the space is small but it has a huge reputation. The sandwich is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. Worth the trip.

Here's a sample, natural, and credible review: I live right next door and go there regularly, so I can say it's a sure thing. The kebabs are always generously filled, the meat is excellent, the vegetables are fresh, and the portions are large. The welcome is warm, the service is fast, even when it's busy. The place is clean, and you can tell the staff cares about their customers. It's become my go-to spot, and I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a really good kebab! It's the only kebab I eat at in Paris because I trust them and know they use fresh, high-quality ingredients! Thank you!

The taste is really different from other Greek/kebab places. However, the manager's attitude should be different; you get the feeling you're bothering him when you talk to him. The price needs to be reviewed; it's way too expensive. And when you ask for a non-spicy sauce and get a spicy one, you have to wonder what's going on. :)))

Surprisingly, we felt like we were in Istanbul in the small shop; the bulgur was superb (I don't usually eat it out), and the doner kebab was already gone by 2 pm, which is a good sign. Later that same evening, we went to another supposedly fine restaurant, which, compared to this one, was only half as good for three times the price.

Not the first one from Paris, because it's from 1987! The first one is CRISTAL from 1981! Ozlem is delicious, a nice change from store-bought tortillas, naan, and bread. Perfect doner. I still need to try the platters.
