Honestly, an amazing experience at Ozo! 🔥 The food was so good, we loved it! Thanks to Safya, Sabri, and Zidane, who are fantastic servers—super welcoming, always smiling, and incredibly friendly!! It's so nice to receive service like that! I highly recommend it, we'll definitely be back! 🫶🏽

17/09/2026: I don't want to criticize this chain, especially since it has its good points. Unfortunately, I've eaten at this KFC twice, and both times I got sick... nausea, stomach aches... Either I have digestive issues, or the restaurant has hygiene standards that don't respect product expiration dates. I would advise the managers and supervisors to take a look and see if hygiene regulations are being followed in the preparation of their products. Otherwise, the service is good, and the staff are friendly!
