It was very good, but the portions are far too small for the price. It's really disappointing… A “slice” of banana bread is actually just a thin slice of the cake.

Delicious salad. Their vegetable dressing is amazing. They even managed to get me to eat Brussels sprouts… Seriously unbelievable. Efficient and friendly service. Good mix of proteins. Everything is healthy, but most importantly, it's GOOD!

I really like the concept of build-your-own salads, which are really very good, but I'm disappointed to see that there are almost no vegetarian protein sources available anymore, aside from eggs. Previously, tofu and plant-based meat were available, and this lack of diversity is regrettable. Offering only eggs as a vegetarian option, when there are so many meat options, is no longer in line with current expectations.* I sincerely hope that plant-based alternatives will return soon—let's work together towards a more inclusive and responsible offering.

Fresh, good quality ingredients but poor quantity/price ratio, unclear formula and very little flexibility on the basic choice.

Being able to compose your own salad is a real plus. And the selection is truly plentiful. This is a very good point that makes it a safe bet in the neighborhood. The price, however, remains relatively high if you want to add a drink or dessert to your main course (the cookie price is prohibitive). As for the service, it remains questionable considering that cash is only accepted if the bill is 10 or 20 euros, and that the waitresses sometimes dip into the trays in front of customers.

I love this place. The produce is fresh and delicious, and you're always greeted with a smile, which is a great way to start the day. However, I'm taking off a star because in the summer this place is a real furnace; I wonder how the people who work here manage to keep smiling. Thank you! But honestly, consider installing air conditioning. I think the working (and welcoming) conditions are deplorable and will damage the reputation of this charming place. See you soon!
