Pachinee sur Toulouse

A very pleasant, smiling welcome, tasty and deliciously spiced cuisine.

I tried the red chicken curry two years ago. I went back for lunch today because I wanted to have that dish again; I thought it was so good. Verdict: it's still delicious. The sauce has that delicate kaffir lime flavor that makes it so flavorful and typically Thai. The rice and vegetables are perfectly cooked and provide a very pleasant textural contrast to the dish. The owner prepares the dishes herself fresh and is super friendly. I wish she would put all her recipes in a cookbook, but I think that's unfortunately not possible.

Simply excellent! The food, the little place, the welcome. Whenever I'm in Toulouse and can visit, I'll go!
