Pacific Eiffel sur Paris

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and the service was lovely especially Nilalcshi, Fernando, and Shantha. They were super attentive and gave us great breakfast service! I highly recommend this hotel -and would easily stay here again.

My servers over 2 days were EXCELLENT. Fernando and Mohammed were so nice and professional. Maybe the best service I have had anywhere. Also I want to mention Nilakshi. She is also fantastic. I will return to the hotel just based on my experience with these people. THANK YOU!!!

Loved staying at Pullman. Staff very friendly. Breakfast bar offers everything , from omelets to pastries. Croissants are delicious! Celine greets you with a smile and warm welcome each morning for dining. A wonderful experience here. Accomodations were great. Of course, location near the Eiffel Tower is a plus!

Room service provided by Ksenia was good and quick. Restaurant waiters and waitresses, Celine and Nilakshi, Fernando and Shantha provided good service and gave the useful information and recommendations on travelling in Paris.

Ate the Frame restaurant and had a phenomenal experience! Beautiful interior, amazing drinks, delicious food, fantastic service, and excellent desserts with tea. Overall, had a wonderful and highly recommended experience. Ladio took excellent care of us during our meal! The patio has a view of the Eiffel Tower as well. Overall, would definitely come back.

Great facility, great staff and amazing views!

The location of the hotel and generally the staff were all very friendly. There were some small details missing which made our expectations not be fully met; for example having to wait 20 minutes to pay at check out was surprising, we were staying in a suite which meant a premium price yet we did not perceive a particularly special level of service. None the less, the staff were friendly and also very good with our children.

The service is great, the location is next to everything, and the room overlooks the Eiffel Tower.. The only drawback is that the air conditioning was not cold enough
