A superb discovery at Paco's in Collioure! A must-visit for tapas lovers. Everything is excellent: fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and generous portions. The patatas bravas are perfectly seasoned, the razor clams are divine, and the fried anchovies are delicious. Every bite is a true delight! The atmosphere is warm and friendly, ideal for sharing a wonderful moment while enjoying the charm of Collioure. The service is top-notch: a warm welcome and attentive staff. We had a perfect evening and will definitely be back. Bravo! Special mention to the exceptionally kind manager. Thank you again! 😉🙏

31/08/2024: If I could give 6 stars, I would! We discovered this little restaurant by chance. We had a great evening. Very varied and original tapas: razor clams flambéed with whisky, excellent pan con tomate, eggplant to die for, cockles, excellent homemade croquettes… A word of advice, don’t leave without tasting the desserts: the Catalan cream espuma is so good, the same goes for the cheesecake. Rum tasting is a very good proposition at the end of the meal!! We will come back!!
31/08/2024: Great family restaurant. The tapas are varied and of very good quality. Bravo for the chef's suggestions, a delight. The servers are pleasant and efficient. A place where you feel good to have a good time. The prices are very reasonable and a good idea for tasting rum with its history… Superb address 👍
