As others have said, a great place away from the crowds. The food is very tasty, with lovely presentation, and the staff friendly and attentive. Some interesting dishes, especially the vegetarian ones. A welcome change from the usual menus in other Collioure restaurants. A nice breeze blows through so pleasant to sit in the covered outdoor area on a hot day.

A true gem in Collioure
A superb discovery! Classic dishes revisited with great creativity and finesse. The cuisine is light, full of flavor, and features delightful, unexpected combinations. Each dish surprises while remaining indulgent, and everything is perfectly balanced.
You can taste the passion and care put into every plate. An address I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who appreciates inventive, generous, and flavorful cuisine.

We had a wonderful time at Le Vermeil this evening: an airy, pleasant, and welcoming setting, away from the crowds, just the right amount – and above all, excellent tapas and sharing plates: expertly prepared classics and original seasonal vegetable dishes (we especially loved the zucchini salad with toasted almonds and anchovies). A little haven of honest and delicious cuisine at very reasonable prices! Thank you, and see you soon!

My first time at this restaurant, I could only say, "We had a wonderful meal, it was delicious!"
My second time, yesterday, Friday, this time with a friend, was to say, "It's truly excellent!" We thoroughly enjoyed the original tapas, bursting with flavor, unusual, and... healthy!
Moreover, it's a haven of relaxation, away from the summer crowds.
Thank you so much, Chef, for your kindness and talent, which transformed this lunch break into a delight for our taste buds!
Thank you also to the smiling young woman who served us. There will definitely be a third time, and more!

A place we'd like to keep secret... to be sure of always getting a table.
Wondered by the freshness of the dishes, we had lunch there every day during our stay in Collioure. The freshness of the food isn't the only thing this place has to offer. The refined combinations of ingredients, whose freshness bursts on the palate, the exceptionally attentive service, the vibrant atmosphere... Everything was there to give us renewed energy and a desire to explore, even during this period of extreme heat. A big THANK YOU and see you soon.

A great time with the family enjoying tapas bursting with Mediterranean flavors! Classic patatas bravas and Iberian ham croquettes for the kids, the refreshing burrata tomatoes, and the originality of spiced citrus carrots or Greek-style roasted eggplant. Everything is there! Even the service is efficient and friendly! And the atmosphere is more intimate than by the sea! We highly recommend it!

I’m not a Tapas expert but this was the best I’ve ever had! Our San Sebastián, Andalucía, Malaga, Barcelona experiences have always been very bread / deep fried, whilst the Tapas in this unassuming little restaurant was so fresh and delicious. We absolutely loved it and would definitely eat here again if we get the opportunity.
