A truly excellent find. Nestled between land and sea, this restaurant, just two streets from the beach, offers haute couture tapas in a warm and inviting setting. Each dish is a work of art, a nod to the Fauvist style that has permeated this coastal village for so many years. The flavor combinations will delight your palate; some classic Catalan recipes are beautifully revisited, such as the crema catalana prepared like an espuma. The service is also top-notch! So, take our advice: enjoy a gastronomic break at Restaurant Vermeil and then head straight to the seafront.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Excellent. I recommend the grilled anchovies, the patatas bravas, and the brown clams. Charming little terrace and impeccable service. Highly recommended!

A very good restaurant offering local produce, well-prepared with sophisticated flavor combinations. The value for money is excellent (as a Belgian, I find it incredibly cheap for the quality offered). The staff is very friendly and welcoming; I highly recommend it!

There are tapas and then there are tapas. These are the kind we love. Perfectly cooked, seasoned, with quality ingredients, all served in a pleasant setting. The service is impeccable and the atmosphere is warm. I highly recommend them.

Nestled on a charming little street, the Vermeil restaurant is a true gem. The tapas are original, prepared with great care and flair. The welcome is particularly warm, with a fine selection of carefully chosen local wines and spirits. The owner is very welcoming and contributes to the restaurant's convivial atmosphere. Excellent restaurant with an incredible atmosphere and a fantastic chef who prepares exceptional cocktails and delicious tapas.
It's hard to say what the highlight of the evening was: between the amazing food, the rum, and the impeccable service, everything was absolutely perfect.
The chef's expertise and mastery of the different spirits are also very impressive.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a place with good vibes, excellent cuisine, and outstanding service.
