We returned the next day. There were four of us.
It's best to reserve a table at 7 pm to guarantee a dinner and avoid the wait. A wonderful discovery. Highly recommended.

We had some amazing tapas at this fantastic little restaurant. The owners are incredibly welcoming. The tapas are sumptuous. If you want to eat truly sublime tapas, don't hesitate. The place is quiet and away from the beach. We had anchovies, a squid and chorizo duo, and a modern take on cauliflower, which was excellent, and there were plenty of other delicious options. A real treat.

A very good little tapas restaurant. A warm welcome and excellent service. Delicious food. Stuffed mussels with aioli, grilled squid and chorizo, clams in a creamy thyme sauce... We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Thank you again for your kindness.

Don't leave Collioure without having eaten at Paco's at least once!
What a pleasure it is to savor these tapas, and what a selection! The octopus croquettes with squid ink are to die for (the accompanying aioli is excellent).
The service and decor are top-notch; everything is there for a wonderful time!
Edit: Honestly, if you're ever in Collioure, don't miss this place. There might be a bit of a wait, but the delight is guaranteed!
I'm going to end up taking a picture of the entire menu because everything is so excellent and deserves to be tasted! It's official: every trip to Collioure will include a visit (or rather, several visits) to Paco's!

Honestly, this establishment gets top marks. A warm welcome, excellent food, clean restrooms, and friendly service.
The tables are clean, which isn't always the case! All this at reasonable prices. Homemade desserts.

We always receive such a warm welcome from Patrick and his entire team in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Delicious food and top-notch service. All the tapas are incredible and completely homemade! A place we highly recommend!

A very good tapas restaurant where, like in Malaga, you can find homemade patatas bravas, fried anchovies, grilled calamari...and zucchini blossom fritters.
The Collioure white wine on the menu is also exceptional. A must-try!
So we went and bought some bottles of this wine at the Dominican winery in Collioure.
A very pleasant experience that made this moment exceptional and timeless.
Plus, we ate on the terrace under a beautiful blue sky in the little streets of Collioure. Fantastic!
