I'd seen so many great reviews that we had to try it! And indeed, everything was delicious, especially the razor clams and clams... so good. They take a little while to start serving because they're very busy, but then it's great, totally worth the wait!

Don't leave Collioure without having eaten at Paco's at least once!
What a pleasure it is to savor these tapas, and what a selection! The octopus croquettes with squid ink are to die for (the accompanying aioli is excellent).
The service and decor are top-notch; everything is there for a wonderful time!
Edit: Honestly, if you're ever in Collioure, don't miss this place. There might be a bit of a wait, but the delight is guaranteed!
I'm going to end up taking a picture of the entire menu because everything is so excellent and deserves to be tasted! It's official: every trip to Collioure will include a visit (or rather, several visits) to Paco's!
