A must-try in Collioure! The best tapas in Collioure! Excellent atmosphere! And a special mention for the smiles and warm welcome of the waitresses and the kindness and professionalism of the owners! Finally, we highly recommend the pineapple carpaccio—it's amazing! Like everything else, by the way! Go there, you won't be disappointed!

It was very busy, but the servers remained pleasant. The service was adequate.

We came to Paco on the recommendation of locals… what a great find! Not only did we eat excellent and creative tapas, but the atmosphere was fantastic. The waiters and waitresses were so friendly! A great place that we'll definitely keep in mind and hope to return! Don't hesitate, but… there's often a bit of a wait, but it's worth it.

Very good food! The squid in particular was exceptional. Service impeccable.

A word of advice… go for it without hesitation! A huge selection, excellent and generous tapas. A fantastic welcome, a great team. We had a wonderful evening.

A superb spot in Collioure! The tapas were classic but very well prepared, very generous portions, and very tasty. Special mention to the waitresses, who we saw running around like crazy during service, but always professional and always with a smile.

I stumbled upon Paco on my first night in Collioure and am so grateful I did. Everything about this tapas bar/restaurant is wonderful, from the incredibly friendly and helpful staff (who, despite there being a queue of couples waiting for tables) offered me, a Solo dinner, an outside table in a prime position. The food was amazing, so many interesting options, it was incredibly difficult to decide, by my lovely waitress helped with recommendations. I could only manage 3 dishes, but would happily have selected at least a dozen. My dishes were excellent, baked figs stuffed with goats cheese and drizzled with honey, clams cooked in garlic and parsley and a melt in the mouth grilled pork belly. The local wine recommendation was also perfect. And, the ambiance is also fabulous. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough. And if you do have to wait for a table, trust me, it's worth it

Exceptional and varied homemade tapas. You'd think you were in Spain! The owner is friendly and attentive to his customers. As for the service, the whole team is top-notch! A must-try when visiting Collioure. Be sure to book in advance or be prepared to wait in line next to the Catalan donkey.
