24/08/2024: passing through Dax, we discovered the Trattoria well rated by Google customers! no accompaniment for the aperitif no bread, watercressins pasta patties!!!: truffled ham shellettes with an egg I'm looking for ham and truffle.... carbonara pasta with little or no bacon, bland.... The dessert holds up and is tasty see the photos tourist trap for us noisy.... in short not worth the google reviews business without friendliness and quality
