While visiting Rochefort during the medieval festival, we ordered ice cream, as usual. The shop and the staff were fine, but the saleswoman was truly awful. Despite her mistake with our ice cream flavors, we took the ice cream and remained polite, but her friendliness left much to be desired. She got our flavors wrong and then had the nerve to tell us we'd mixed her up. We ordered three ice creams, not ten, only three, which was made to order...

First stop when you arrive in Rochefort-en-Terre! The smell of the pastries will stop you in your tracks! We bought biscuits and Breton shortbread! Very good, and a charming saleswoman served us.

Excellent artisanal bakery. I tried the kouig ann and the kery pom, and they were excellent. The apple in the kery pom was incredibly tender and delicious; I hadn't tried it before, and I highly recommend it. The staff is very professional, attentive to customers, and offers helpful advice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

21/06/2026: I'm stunned by the last scathing review, which is completely unfounded! This restaurant is absolutely perfect and excellent. The bouchot mussels with green peppercorns and sage were incredible. Superb service, perfect value for money, the three-course menu for €16 is rare to find at such a price in such a touristy and delicious area. The meat was very tender, and everything is homemade. Kudos to the whole team; the welcome is truly warm. We will be back.
20/06/2026: Lunch break during our visit to Rochefort-en-Terre. A very pleasant surprise. Set menu for €16 on a Saturday lunchtime. Good quality ingredients, well-prepared, with excellent service. Highly recommended.
