Palais de Chine sur Ferney-Voltaire

I've dined there several times with friends and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The staff were friendly and attentive.

For me the best Chinese restaurant in the area. Been going there with my girlfriend since over a year now and even now living in Switzerland we still come over now and then for dinner !

China Thai is a quaint little Thai restaurant with a huge variety of options for Thai food with some Chinese twists. The red curry salmon I ordered was good but overcooked and too tough so I don't recommend ordering that. The stir fried vegetables and lisseron d'eau was excellent. For something a bit sweeter, they offer these excellent sticky rice with mango, mango tapioca and virgin piña colada drinks. The atmosphere is pretty good with the restaurant having some ambiance and people but seemingly not too busy. The service was ok, nothing remarkable, however it did take the staff a bit of time to get our checks with no one checking for a good couple of minutes. Overall, I definitely recommend China Thai if you're around Ferney-Voltaire and want some asian food but don't expect to be blown away.

Very warm welcome from the staff in a beautiful, comfortable, Asian-inspired setting (Burmese paintings). The dishes are very tasty and varied. I highly recommend this excellent Thai and Chinese restaurant. See you soon, JC
