Not our first time here but definitely not our last either. It’s not tourist season yet so our dinner experience went well. Calm ambiance, good and efficient service and good food.
Considering it’s not easy to find a good Chinese restaurant in this part of the world, this is a jewel.
Their duck is not like other restaurants and having it with the sauce already there, keeps the meat moist and tasty.
Even the decoration is appropriate considering the location of the restaurant. Definitely recommend.

The food is excellent. We love going there; the atmosphere is very pleasant, and the theme is definitely there. The service is rather rushed; we would have liked to be able to take a little more time and enjoy the experience. Otherwise, a great place.

The decor is typically Asian, and ultimately, when you go to Palais de Jade, even though it's right in the heart of Biarritz, that's what you're looking for.
The food is very good value for money, and the staff is friendly.
I recommend it if you want a change from your usual restaurants and a nice time with friends.

Very noisy restaurant. Terrible service.
I had a reservation for 1 p.m. and was told, "Please come, the kitchen closes in 20 minutes."
