Palais Phimket sur Chantonnay

I ordered takeout; the food was very good and the price was more than reasonable! I especially loved the beef curry. The staff is very friendly and will give you a warm welcome!

The food is quite mediocre; the ingredients aren't very flavorful. I usually eat bread with certain dishes, but there wasn't any bread at this restaurant. The service is adequate, nothing more. However, I have serious concerns about hygiene: the waiter cleaned the tables, then the high chairs, and finally the toilet handle with the same cloth! Well, I didn't get sick. Only the price is reasonable. Despite all this, I wouldn't recommend it.

An excellent spot in Chantonnay! Le Palais Phimket offers a family-style buffet where homemade food makes all the difference: the dishes are fresh and delicious. The welcome is particularly warm and the atmosphere calm, making it a very pleasant experience, whether for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner. The value for money is unbeatable, with very reasonable prices for such quality. You can go there without hesitation if you're looking for good, homemade Asian cuisine and a peaceful setting!

A wonderful discovery! This Laotian restaurant offers a human-scale buffet with a deliberately limited selection, but the quality makes all the difference. The vegetables had real flavor, which is becoming quite rare in Asian buffets. The spring rolls were fresh and delicious, as were the chicken, egg rolls, and samosas, which were particularly well-prepared. Special mention goes to the desserts: my daughter, who is usually picky about the fruit offered in some Asian restaurants, went back several times for more pineapple because it was so good and fragrant. The service is also a real highlight. The waiter and the owner are particularly attentive, taking the time to chat with customers and speaking enthusiastically about the Vendée region, their adopted home, which they seem to genuinely love. A welcoming place where the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff make you want to return.
