A very pleasant surprise! The service is perfect, the dishes original and delicious. I never usually order dessert, but here it was essential! Exceptional fruit-based desserts! A delight!

Delicious meal with a set menu, but adapted for specific dietary needs if required. Attentive staff. Clean and elegant setting.

Everything is perfect, as on every visit

The location is exceptional and the renovation is of truly outstanding quality. On the food front, everything was very well done, the service was impeccable, and the dishes were delicious, generous, and beautifully presented. Even without having tried the hotel and spa, I warmly recommend this place, both for its beauty and the quality of the staff. I can't wait to try the Michelin-starred restaurant.

A disappointing experience at Pamparigouste, despite the excellent service and charming setting. We found the restaurant extremely expensive for its average quality (e.g., €6 for a carafe of water, €14 for a pint, €30 for a starter, €40 for a main course), offering unoriginal and ultimately rather bland bistro-style cuisine. The wine list, however, is of a very high standard.

Excellent restaurant, the service is top-notch, and they offer plenty of helpful advice. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, even though the restaurant was full. The tables are well-spaced. Very pleasant. Excellent food. Expect to pay at least €100 per person.

We had a spa treatment at the Couvent des Minimes and therefore booked a table at the Pamparigouste restaurant after our session. Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't well signposted, and we didn't see any staff members to direct us. We arrived a little late (about 10 minutes) and apologized, but the waitress told us she couldn't seat us because of the delay. We explained that we had just come from the spa and lived an hour away. She went to ask the chef, who then accepted us and seated us. For such a prestigious establishment, I was very disappointed with the service! Furthermore, the waiter kept coming around to stare at us, laughing, to see who the "latecomers" were—a rather "teenage" atmosphere, which was a shame. The meal itself was good, although the potato was a bit too hard and the dessert was very sweet. The mushroom soup with the egg was very good.

Pleasantly surprised! That's the first thought that comes to mind when I think about our meal at Le Pamparigouste restaurant. Having stayed in similar establishments (hotels) and often been disappointed by the food, we were pleasantly surprised. It's beautiful, it's delicious, the menu is enticing, and the offerings are a mix of originality and tradition. Some dishes are a bit pricey for the portion size; I'm thinking in particular of the beef fillet (2 slices) which cost almost €50. Otherwise, it was flawless. A wonderful discovery that we highly recommend!

Excellent meal! Impeccable service from the entire team, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Dishes as beautiful as they were delicious, enhanced by magnificent tableware.
