We had a very pleasant family lunch. We were already familiar with the hotel, and the Pamparigouste restaurant did not disappoint us as outside visitors. Laura had noted our allergies and intolerances beforehand and offered us several alternatives on the menu. She was extremely attentive to everything, and it is largely thanks to her—the food is also extraordinary—that we had such a wonderful time. We will most certainly be back soon. A big thank you to the entire team. Perhaps next time we will have the opportunity to dine outside.

The place is magnificent; from the moment you enter, you're dazzled.
The cuisine is refined, a blend of flavors that delights your palate. The ribeye steak with its exceptional mashed potatoes, or the perfectly cooked octopus with its paprika sauce...

A fantastic restaurant!
What can I say about the already exceptional setting? A vibrant, calming atmosphere, an impressive timber frame, and a gentle decor.
The service was quick.
The lunch menu makes it very accessible to everyone. Made with fresh, seasonal ingredients, the dishes were very well executed.
Note that there are two different dining rooms during the summer: one has open windows with a ceiling fan, the other has air conditioning.

The location is exceptional and the renovation is of truly outstanding quality.
On the food front, everything was very well done, the service was impeccable, and the dishes were delicious, generous, and beautifully presented.
Even without having tried the hotel and spa, I warmly recommend this place, both for its beauty and the quality of the staff. I can't wait to try the Michelin-starred restaurant.

A disappointing experience at Pamparigouste, despite the excellent service and charming setting. We found the restaurant extremely expensive for its average quality (e.g., €6 for a carafe of water, €14 for a pint, €30 for a starter, €40 for a main course), offering unoriginal and ultimately rather bland bistro-style cuisine. The wine list, however, is of a very high standard.
