Pan Viet sur Paris

An excellent Chinese-Vietnamese, the friendliest in the neighborhood. The chef is always ready to serve you, whatever the time. The menu is only 200 pages long and the dishes are homemade. Delicious spring rolls, gourmet bo-bun, beautiful pho soup, excellent ravioli, generous banh-kwon. The service is discreet. We never try to push you to consume or drink, and the room is very pleasant, well ventilated, although it would benefit from being repainted in light. This is one of my favorite “canteens” in the quieter part of rue au Maire!

Arriving around 2 p.m. there were 4 of us and despite everything we were able to have lunch without any problem and what's more it was delicious! Thank you again for your welcome ☺️

A small family-run restaurant serving delicious Pho. I tried its Beef Pho. The portion was really generous that I couldn’t finish all the noodles. Nevertheless, the soup was savoury, and the texture of noodles was great, which was chewy. I found the owner family very friendly. Most of their Asian customers seem to know them well. They greeted me in Chinese as I obviously look like one of them. The male owner was cutting the beef with a lot of smiles on his face. Their son was also helping out. The interior of this restaurant is a bit dark and old-fashioned, but who would complain about its interior if it can have a great Pho noodles at 12 Euros in the centre of Paris.

If you want to eat delicious food in Paris, go to Pan Viet. Everything is cooked with care and tastes delicious. A very sweet family runs this business. I think you pay too little for all the goodies served to you.

the pho was excellent, a very good broth served hot, and all for a fair price. the atmosphere was calming, without music, with the sound of the open kitchen and the conversations of the neighborhood customers who constantly pass by. thank you for this warm welcome!

The seal noodles were delicious, but the grilled pork rice was as dry as a grain of sand.
