Pancho Villa sur Vias

Always a warm welcome! We've been coming to Vias for our holidays for three years now, and this restaurant has become a must-visit for a great vacation. The place is really nice, decorated in a traditional Italian style. The food is high quality, and the portions are generous. The service is excellent; the waiters and waitresses are very friendly and pleasant! See you next year! ;)

At least we had a really good meal. It had been years since that had happened to us. It was really annoying today! Two women greeted us and immediately asserted their authority. We were given a tiny table for two (with a direct passage between the staff and the customers) and a green artificial cactus behind us, even though there were tons of tables for four (supposedly for four, but only two people were allowed in at a time). We weren't allowed to sit there. Other new arrivals were also seated in pairs! Then, five minutes later… a miracle! Unbelievable! The table for four was divided five minutes after we arrived. Two tables for two, no problem! How is that possible?! Our new table is now near the restrooms, and it's a real racket because of the portable hairdryer (a breeding ground for germs) blowing on our necks. Hier sollten wir an einem engsten 2er Tisch (Durchgang direkt von Personal und Gästen) sitzen (Kunstkaktee grün, im Rücken) obwohl Massen an Tischen, für vier Personen zusammengestellt, (für 4 gedacht, es kommen jedoch immer nur 2 Leute heute durch die Tür) Wir 2 ​​durften nicht dort Platz nehmen. And there is nothing to worry about!!!! Personen!! dann 5 Min.später...doch; Nothing was left to be done. 4th time for 5 minutes each time, no time left. 2 x 2 Personen, kein Problem!!! Wer sich das gefallen lässt ist selber schuld. Seit Jahren kamen wir hier her..jetzt??? Jedenfalls! Wehrt Ech...es gbt sooooo old Platz dort.!so, dass niemand einen so ärgern muss wie diese 2 Bedienungen, die sonst durchaus ok waren. Heute kam es wohl auf uns, überhaupt nicht “Fremde-Touris” wohl nicht an..

We've finished the season, it was fantastic! Thank you to Marine, Louane and Rose, we hope to see you all again next year, you girls are amazing!!!!

We came for our holidays in early July and again in September: our little favorite spot. The team is fantastic. Loane, a very kind, pretty, and smiling waitress, is always ready to please. The same goes for the manager, Marine. The food is delicious, the welcome is warm, and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Three times this week and always a fantastic attitude. Approachable, full of humor, thank you JC for this refreshing week thanks to the lemonades and fresh juices. See you again, perhaps...

We went to eat there during peak season. The service was quick and the waitresses/waitresses very pleasant. The price-quality ratio is good. The portions are generous. I recommend it 100%.

A little getaway to Pancho Villa that really packs a punch! From the moment you walk in, the welcome sets the tone: a smiling and warm manager (I think)... a top-notch team, professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly. You quickly get the sense that they love to host... and it's a pleasure! The decor immediately immerses you in a warm and exotic Mexican atmosphere: wood, greenery, colorful touches, and decor full of character... in short, a place where you feel right at home! As for cocktails, the menu is quite tempting with names that make you want to travel: El Chapo, Mai Tai... And the food is no joke either! The burgers are enormous, generously sized, with flavorful meat that's perfectly showcased... in short, burgers that are definitely not just for show! The calamari alla Romana, served with fries and a little aioli sauce, was simply delicious: crispy, flavorful, and perfectly complemented. The beef skewer, meanwhile, was as delicious as it was beautifully presented. A dish that makes a great first impression… and lives up to it on the plate! And then… dessert! It's impossible to leave without mentioning the enormous Banana Split! Generous, indulgent, exquisite… the kind of dessert that arrives at the table and immediately prompts: “Okay… let's share!” One small detail I particularly appreciated: the manager (I believe) didn't hesitate to pause her work for a few moments to take the time to photograph a table of customers… it may seem simple, but it's precisely these little touches that make the experience even more enjoyable… A place where you come as much for the atmosphere as for the delicious food, with a friendly team, decor that transports you, and generous portions… We highly recommend this place and we will be back…
