Panda sur Montmorot

Lots of progress in terms of cooking, finally the Panda returns to us after these setbacks.

Back in the restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the establishment. The quality of the dishes once again meets what we expect from this type of restaurant. The spring rolls, sushi, and grills are worth the detour. The fresh coconut pearls for dessert are excellent. Very good homemade cocktails. In short, a pleasure! ‐----------- Change of owners since the beginning of July 2023. Unfortunately, we noticed a difference in terms of cuisine and service. The quality of the products has declined, despite the expansion of the buffet. We are less convinced to return there as frequently. ---------- I leave my old comment below Excellent but really a 5-star quality all-you-can-eat buffet! Sushi, Maki, fresh California, spring rolls and excellent spring rolls, everything is homemade. The wok is very good! Very complete and generous dessert buffet. Staff of the establishment attentive and very pleasant. *thank you for this good meal, we will come back regularly

Menu smaller but quality ++ which is closer to traditional Asian and not French, the spring rolls are excellent, the rice is light, sake and lollipop for children at the end of the meal, very pleasant. Staff: very professional waiters who don't chat as we are used to in most French restaurants, it may be shocking but it's effective!

We (my husband, my children, my sister and her children) went back there this afternoon because we wanted to get an idea of ​​what we had experienced before (before the closure). I would say “Couldn’t do better!” It still wasn't the best. We were not satisfied with the food, the quality was not up to par. We'll see when to come back.

As always, warm welcome, attentive staff, choice of dishes. Very good value for money.

C'est de loin le meilleur restaurant de toute l'agglomération de Lons le saunier Depuis des années nous venons dans ce restaurant , c'est de loin le plus gros chiffre d'affaire de la région et des produits d'excellente qualité, avec un très gros débit forcément. Le succès de cette adresse est énorme, tellement énorme que tous les commerçants de ville tirent à boulet rouge sur ce restaurant y compris la préf !! Le restau est plein tous les jours alors pourquoi voulez vous que la nourriture ne soit pas conforme ou pas fraiche ? N'écoutez pas les commentaires de tous ces petits commerçants de Lons qui en sont très jaloux, c'est eux qui sentent le moisi et pas les crevettes !!! Oui surement quelques souci pour loger le personnel comme tous les autres mais ça ne mérite rien d'autre qu'un petit blâme ou un rappel . Il faut se mobiliser pour notre restau le Panda car c'est l'icone de la ville de Lons même si ça déplait beaucoup aux gros bourges de misère avec vos avis négatifs frauduleux, c'est impossible de trouver ce restau comme vous le dites. C'est de l'intérêt de tous de soutenir Le Panda. Daniel G

Contrary to the reviews that I have read recently and being a regular at the old bosses I ate very well there this evening. The servers were very smiling and the cook on the side is the old one that was there. era of the previous owners so very good!

Half the dishes were empty.... Cold. The decoration leaves something to be desired...the wall in front of me is full of mold. Ants on the wall... The non-alcoholic cocktails are good.
